When does Scarehouse Pinellas open this year, 2021?
Scarehouse Pinellas opens to the public on Friday, October 1, 2021. Scarehouse Pinellas is open every Friday and Saturday (7 – 11) in October plus additional dates the last two weekends of the month.
How long are the lines?
In 2019, the line time varied. Earlier in the evening at 7, the lines are typically, less than 15 minutes. We start getting busier around 8 and stay busy until we close at 11. Line time varies from 30 – 60 minutes. This year, 2021, we will offer a speed pass upgrade for an additional $10 at the door if you want to shorten your wait time.
For your convenience, you may buy your tickets online to bypass the ticket line at the haunted house.
However, if you buy at the haunted house you can receive either a $5 military discount with proper ID or $5 discount if you bring in a pet item (food, treat or toy) for donation to the SPCA Tampa Bay.
We will also have food and drink options on site for purchase from food trucks and local restaurants. Options will vary by day. Like us on Facebook to stay up to date with the latest announcements.
Parking?
There is plenty of FREE parking! You can park in the grassy area by the entrance, in neighboring business parking lots, along the side streets. We simply ask to not block anyone in.
Tickets?
You can buy Scarehouse Pinellas tickets online for $15 + a service fee for the first three weekends in October and $20+ service fee for the last two weekends in October.
You can buy Scarehouse Pinellas tickets at the door to receive one of 2 $5 discount options.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards online and at the door. Cash is also accepted at the door. No checks please.
Where are you located?
Visit our Contact Us page for address and directions. We are in Largo Florida in a 10,000 square foot warehouse. We will have large banners directing you in as you get closer.
Do you offer refunds?
Purchasing a ticket to Scarehouse Pinellas is the same as purchasing a ticket for a movie or concert event. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any tickets or purchases.
Can tickets be transferred to alternate date?
Yes. Please Contact Us so we can make the arrangements. $5 Transfer fee required.
Can the scare actors touch you?
No. The scare actors CANNOT touch you.
Can you touch the scare actors or props?
NO. Please do not touch the scare actors or props.
Age Restrictions?
There are no age restrictions, however, we highly suggest a minimum age of 12. Parents can bring in younger kids at their discretion. All children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult with signed waiver.
Is it wheelchair accessible?

What is it like inside the haunted house?
Scarehouse Pinellas will have many scary scenes right out of your favorite classic horror flicks. There will be loud noises, fog, smoke, strobe lights and more throughout the experience. Signed waiver required for entry.
Who should NOT attend?
If you are pregnant, have heart conditions, are in poor health, or are under 12 years of age, we recommend that you not enter. Signed waiver required for entry.
What if it rains?
Scarehouse Pinellas is located in a 10,000 square foot warehouse. We will be open rain or shine. If it is raining you may want to bring an umbrella or poncho as the line is outside.
Dress Code?
There is no formal dress code. We simply ask you NOT to wear any costumes or masks and highly recommend no high-heels as the inside is dark and there are a lot of moving parts. Signed waiver required for entry.
Can you be removed from the facility?
Yes. Please no foul language, touching, fighting, weapons of any kind, drugs or unacceptable or illegal acts. No refunds will be given to those ejected.
Is there food and or drinks available?
Scarehouse Pinellas will not sell food or drinks, but will will be bringing outside vendors for food and non-alcoholic drinks. Vendors will vary by day. Please like us on Facebook to stay up-to-date.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the haunted house nor in line. You may smoke in other areas outside, just be mindful of those around you and throw away your cigarette butts.
Can we take photos or videos?
No photography or video is allowed inside the haunted house. We encourage you to take pictures at our photo booth area with some of our scare actors and share them on social media.
What items can you bring?
Small bags or purses (no bigger than 8x8x4) are allowed but we recommend keeping items you carry to a minimum as the haunted house is dark and scary. We’d hate for you to drop something. Please keep phones in purse or pocket during the experience.
